Greetings from Costa Rica!
Hola! Steve and I are enjoying a tropical vacation in beautiful Costa Rica. We arrived on Friday afternoon in the city of Libera. From there we rented a car and drove to Arenal Volcano which is where we are now patiently waiting and praying deeply that the volcano will come out and play.
I’m not sure how much internet access I will have while we are here, so posting will be limited to none. I had planned on writing several posts about prior travels before we left Atlanta to keep you entertained while I was away, but I was plagued with an unbelievable cold slash flu type thing, and it took everything I had to pack and get on the plane. When we return, I will entertain you for days with painfully funny stories about our time here in Costa Rica. We’ll talk about the flora, the fauna, the food, the flight and the flipping hilarious story of our drive from the airport to the volcano. And folks, that’s just days one and two.
